My name is Hayley

I am the Founder and Director of Hark People. I am a true HR Generalist, able to cover a number of topics that can create challenges and opportunities to businesses within the renewable energy sector. I love working with start-ups within the sector, although I am equally capable in covering the needs of more mature organisations.

Renewable energy is an exciting sector, with the added challenge of seasonality, it can make for quite a complex operation. Marketing, sales, design, installations and aftercare all require people who are focused on their job roles and adding value to your business.
